I am a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, specializing in providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to school-aged children, adolescents, and adults.  Through thorough testing as well as gathering of important information from previous records, the family, school environment, and health providers (i.e. doctors, psych therapists, speech-language, and occupational therapists, etc), I work to identify a client's behavior and learning style and help plan for success. Common questions I assess include focus/attention, learning, processing issues, and the need for accommodations, medication, therapy, or other key supports.

What is a neuropsychological evaluation? 

A full neuropsychological evaluation typically involves:


  • initial appointment to discuss your concerns and gather information
  • review of academic, medical or other pertinent documents
  • series of standardized tests
  • conversations with pertinent family, teachers, educational therapists, doctors, psychotherapists
  • school observation
  • final report outlining diagnosis and useful recommendations
  • feedback session where we talk about the results of testing and strategize solutions for success
  • attendance at school meetings in order to facilitate implementation of recommendations or accommodations
